KPT Convolver contains an on-board “award system:” As you become more experienced with the software and demonstrate proficiency, the Convolver gradually provides you with new tools. It actually pays to become a Power User! Each time a new feature is awarded, a new star will appear at the top of the Convolver interface, and you will be instructed on how to use your new tool.
This can be fun and invigorating; however, for those who like to jump right into the fire, we have provided some hints that may help to speed up this process. Each folder contains items with custom icons; if these icons do not appear at first (that is, if you just see folders within folders), you may need to rebuild your desktop by restarting your Mac with the Option and Command keys down. The custom icons should then be visible.
